We had so much fun on our trip to Hilary's house for the 4th. My parents met us there as well.
I thought Rorke would be scared of the fireworks. He just loved them, he would reach out for them and wanted to get closer. What a cute little man.

We had some really fun fireworks. this is wyoming so you can have the bigger ones. It was great!
She didn't hold this very long. She got scared. I wish we were still there. We really had such a good time. Ate amazing food, played fun games, We tried out this new golf game and of course Hilary and I beat Sterling and Gunnar. (every time) We went on a nice sight seeing trip and got to ride in the new suburban. It was nice we all could fit. We went for a walk in a really nice park and got to see the fireworks. We went to see them and pulled off onto a road and we just parked the suburban and we all climbed in the back, cuddled up with the blankets and watched. Gunnar and Sterling sat in lawn chairs in front. Because again this is wyoming we had about 5 different firework shows going on. The city fireworks were great. I saw some that I have never seen before. It was aweswome. Sad I had to leave. can't wait to see everyone again! 
My best friend Jessie from Utah came to visit me for my birthday. We had so much fun. We went out to dinner to Ciao Mambo and had great food. It was so nice to spend time with her. It had been so long. It was also nice that Luke was able to come. I got to know him a lot better and really enjoyed his company. We got to play Hand and Foot often. I could have played longer but I am different than most. We did lots of shopping and Gunnar and Luke got to go fishing. I was so sad when she left. I miss her so much!
They wanted a ride on the trike. Gunnar took her out and then Luke decided he would give it a go. 
From day one Rorke loved Luke. he would go to him over any of us most of the time. 
Rorke got his little ride as well.
Rorke got this cute lawn mower from Rogue and Charity for his birthday. he loves to hang out with Grandpa. He sees him almost everyday. When he saw him out mowing the lawn he wanted out so badly. How cute. 
I don't think I have a picture of it but it was also crazy the next morning driving to work and the national guard was out. It is just strange to see. 
sorry not a great picture but this is the Metra Park Arena. This is where they have concerts, football games, Rodeo's and other things. The roof was torn off and most of the side. It was the most damage out of all.

nice McDonalds sign. It was taken down after that and we still don't have one. It busted windows out too.
lots of Golf ball sized hail. I will have to add more pictures from my phone later. This was in the first few minutes. It got worse.
I know it is crazy. I couldn't believe we really had a tornado here in Billings MT. Who would have thought. I went to church and it was a bright sunny day and when I left it was so dark I thought it was strange but not unusual. I got home and put Rorke down for a nap and the hail started. It was so loud it sounded like horses or a football game was on my roof. I have never heard a storm that loud. I kept looking outside because I was home all alone. I wasn't sure what to do. The power was flickering and then finally went out. Then I heard the sirens. How weird is that if you can imagine. I have heard them in movies but never in real life. I was a little worried at this point because I again was home just Rorke and I. We dont' have a basement so I wasn't quite sure what to do. I saw out side the clouds were so amazing. Scary amazing. I did start to see them turning in a circular motion. Lucky for all of us it didn't touch down at our house. I don't know what I would have done. Gunnar's Grandparents got home by this point so we held out in the storm together with no lights. It was fun hanging but a little scary. Gunnar called from work and asked if we were ok. then we started to get phone calls from alot of people. There really was a tornado. 2 miles from my house. It ripped up a lot of the area that it hit. I never in my life thought I would live somewhere where a tornado could hit us. I am so Thankful that everyone was ok. I had a lot of friends that had major damage. We just have to get our car fixed. I am fine with that if that is all I had to deal with. It was kind of crazy driving through town afterwards. You just can't imagine. The roads were flooded. Unbelievable.
Hertz Car Sales in Billings has done Relay for Life for 4 years. Each year we do a lot of fun things to raise money. This year we got a dunk tank and one of the many things. It was so much fun. Myself, Scot, Travis, Tamra, Carissa, Chris & Kevin all got to be dunked. It really was so much fun. This year we raised just over $6,000. Really fun day. Gunnar was the first to dunk me and Rorke got his turn too. As you can maybe see Rorke gave me a kiss afterwards. Thanks for the support everyone!
So embarrassing but oh well. Got to have fun some time. Rorke and I were having string cheese and a piece fell and it looked like a mustache to me. I broke off another piece and made it one. He thought it was funny to have it on and on me. He kept opening his mouth open it was cute. 
He is looking so old to me. He is still my baby but he looks like a little toddler. We love him so much! He is getting really particular about everything. He sure is growing. He loves shoes. He doesn't care if they are too big, too small or if they match if he see's shoes he wants them on. I love that he is a shoe lover just like Mom. He has almost as many as me too. well maybe not that many but he has more than enough.
